Although I am sure the remote control suffers the same sort of issues, the rest of the article will have no relevance to the headphones you linked to at all, especially the high sound quality. I have to carry a seconds set of earlier headphones that can stand up to wet, salty conditions. I can't believe that apple did not test them properly as most people use them for workouts. Apple should redesign and replace these headphones with some that work in the conditions people use them for.
